INSTRUCTIONS ON BILL GENERATION IN SPEED NET 4.4 MODULE

Datas Are Not Available In The Generated Bill In Speed Net

Bill generation should not have been attempted in case the old reports were not displayed. This instruction was already included in the Release document for Speednet 4.4. Please download the SQL scripts available in the

1.  'Utilities --> Billing_SQL Scripts' folder in FTP and execute the same in SQL Query Analyzer (for SQL 2000) or SQL Server Management Studio (for SQL 2005 or higher version) and check bulk customer reports.? 
2. Then login to Speednet and check whether the old reports (Daily detailed and consolidated reports for period prior to upgradation to Speednet 4.4) are displayed in 'Screen' option or not. 

In case the old reports are available, please do the following: 

• Download the 'Bill' from the following Google Drive link and use it to delete bill information for all customers viz., BNPL/Advance/Prepaid for the m/o March, 2016.

• Download the SQL scripts available in the 'Utilities --> Billing_SQL Scripts' folder in FTP and execute the same in SQL Query Analyzer (for SQL 2000) or SQL Server Management Studio (for SQL 2005 or higher version).? 
• Then login to Speednet and check whether the old reports (Daily detailed and consolidated reports for period prior to upgradation to Speednet 4.4) are displayed in 'Screen' option or not. 
• Generate the bills once again, only if the old reports are available.
