R Net Hub Master can download in the following ways

  • Give Request Hub Master from R Net Communication. 
or

  • Download office master data from parcelnet webiste > Downloads > Office master.
  • Downloaded 101.rsq file into RnetCommunication RXD/Data folder. 

Update office master through despatch application > Supervisor login > Tools > Update office master.
