While doing day end in Speed Net 4.3
Problem while updating the balances of users. This will happen if the OB of any one or more user(s) is in thousands. Please check & intialize the OB properly for all such users
Solution
- This error is due to non-initialization of OB for both Supervisors and Operators, which is mandatory after up-gradation of Speed Net to Version 4.3.
- Now, in order to resolve the issue under reference, please do the following:
a) initialize the OB for all Users (including those users - both Supervisors and Operators, for whom status is active but Job allocation is not done since long period)
b) if problem still persists, delete / inactive the users for whom balance is more / incorrect
c) if problem still not resolved, then take full database backups and reconfigure the SpeedNet
- Supervisor should ensure that operators makes Shift End during end of day in SpeedNet.
